Lancaster PA474 VN-T
A depiction of the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight’s Lancaster PA474 as VN-T of 50 Squadron. This is the scheme the aircraft will have on its starboard side following its major service and repaint in 2017. The scheme commemorates BBMF officer commanding Sqd Ldr Andy Millikin’s grandfather, F/O Douglas Millikin DFC, who flew the aircraft on 27 of his first tour of 30 operations in WWII. The other side of the aircraft will portray Lancaster W5005, AR-L "Leader" of 460 (RAAF) Squadron.
